When you walk in, it’s absolutely gorgeous with the high ceilings and the ceiling details. The jellyfish in the upstairs stairwell was probably my absolute favorite art work in this house. We enjoyed the upper decks in the morning (portions covered as you walk out of the upstairs master) and found ourselves observing amazing sunrises on the 3rd floor deck. GORGEOUS views! The master suites in this home have “technology” toilets, definitely took a little getting used to (walking in and having the lights come on automatically and the toilet seat raise, and the display unit has multiple choices) as well as adjustable beds. The 4 bunk room is such a great addition to this home. Clean, great lay out with space to be able to spread out, especially having 4 teens in our group. Kitchen is fantastic, good selection of cookware and utensils. Walk to the beach is super easy, also has a beach wagon in the garage if needed. We didn’t use the golf cart as the walk over to the gulf was our preferred option, and we had vehicles, but it looks super nice. The management company meets you at the home upon check in to go over some of the technological features that this home offers. We found them to be easily accessible for any questions we had, and were quick to fix the one small issue we had during our stay. The pool area is amazing! We found ourselves using the pool and hot tub both day and night time and that was a huge hit with the kids. It was a great addition having access to the paddle board and kayak out back as well. All in all, we had a great vacation in this home. If I had one suggestion, it would be to provide an actual manual (there are some YouTube videos of this home online) of how certain technologies (IE, tv remotes, control pad near the kitchen, pool/spa modes, coffee machine, showers in the master suites,

This home is so amazing! Our family visited Destin for the first time, and this home made our stay SO special! It’s hard to believe that it is even more beautiful in person than it is on the photos! The location was great, the pool was so fun, the fire pit was relaxing, the view was beautiful, everything was clean, and the communication was fabulous! We would recommend this home to any of our friends/family!

Our family is spread across the U.S. and recently vacationed at this Destin home. It was gorgeous and immaculate. The ammenities are too long to list, but cater to anyone that enjoys living in luxury. So many details that were well thought out. Outdoor spaces- the main pool area large enough for a huge family, as well as, a couple smaller areas to sneek off for alone time. Built-in coffee maker was awesome in a wonderful chefs kitchen. Great views and so close to the beach. I would highly recommend this home that has everything you could want for a memorable vacation!

The home was just as beautiful as the online pictures. So many more amenities than was listed. It was clean and only a short walk to the beach. The pool was so nice and we enjoyed it every day. Customer service was awesome! We were greeted as we arrived. We had 2 small issues that were immediately addressed. Our family of 11 would highly recommend this vacation spot.

This was our 10th Annual trip to Destin and I must say we hit the jackpot with this house. We loved every minute spent in this incredible home. Everyone in our party was thrilled with the amenities at this house. Greg and Renda were quick to respond to any and all questions we sent their way. I could write several paragraphs on this home and how it stacks up to the ones we have previously rented. Always & Forever was P.E.R.F.E.C.T. in every way!!! I would not hesitate to book this home again!

This property is a beautiful home with a wonderful location. Sits on the lake and is a two minute walk to the beach. The chef kitchen is incredible. My family loved the Coffee maker. The accommodations are first class. To many options to mention. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Two Master Suites. Tv's everywhere you need them. The back of the house faces East so you get to see the sunrise and the sunset in the evening. Multiple decks offer beautiful views. I would highly recommend this home to vacation in.

This house was AMAZING! Perfect for our large family with plenty of space. We didn’t want to leave it was so nice. Equipped with everything needed to cook our favorite meals. The pool and back yard were perfect with an amazing view of the lake.

Honestly, the house and pool were amazing! We had a great vacation!

We rented this beautiful home for spring break with five of our adult children and seven of our grandchildren. It was the perfect home. Beautiful and spacious, all bedrooms are suites with private baths. Great lighting and media technology. We couldn't keep the kids out of the pool. The beach was just two blocks away and the house has a beach cart and chairs. We will definitely be back.

I will keep this review short because the house and location are beyond terrific and we have nothing but glowing memories of a great stay. All appointments are new and modern. Every little detail is addressed beyond expectations. This is an A+++ property that you would be lucky to get in the books.

This year we all took a vacation in the Destin area instead of South Walton area. Upon looking around we decided to choose this particular home because of its location and how beautiful it looked. we stayed in another home in the same subdivision about 14 months ago and saw this house being built. Wonderful layout and what makes it really nice is basically it has two master suites, one on the main floor and one on the second floor. The second floor has its own private balcony and then has a third floor deck that has beautiful sunset views and you can also see the ocean. The house is incredibly close to the beach and the Crab Trap restaurant. It took all of about a minute and a half to walk to the beach. The pool and back entertainment area of the home is just out right awesome. It was fun to sit around the fire and chitchat at night. The house sits on a lake but then overlooks the ocean so you get the best of both. Some really cool things, the bunk room could probably facilitate six kids comfortably. They have a large closet and a tub/shower in that room. Both master suites have electronic bidet style toilets. The master bathrooms both have incredible showers. And, the master bedroom downstairs bathtub actually fills from the ceiling! The massive TV in the living room is more than big enough along with the outdoor TV in the covered lanai. One thing we really liked is that all of the Lanai were covered so even if it was a rainy day we were fine. The third floor is more of a “pergola” style outdoor area and has large beams covering it instead of an actual roof. It was nice having Apple sized TVs in the bedrooms versus some of the other homes we stayed in that had very small TVs. All of the TVs had an immense amount of services on them, Dish Network, Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max and more. The house has a very welcoming floor plan and easy to cook and talk with family and friends. The kitchen was over the top. The coffee maker was absolutely the bomb and the dining room table was a conversational piece. Three days after being here we noticed that some of the ceilings in the house actually were painted or appeared as artwork. There’s a surprise around every corner. Previously most of the rental homes we had utilized small bedrooms and shared bathrooms. This house had none of that. It had four bathrooms with every bedroom and plenty large enough bedrooms. It was very refreshing to be actually in a real Home versus what you typically find in a “rental home“. The only problem is that all good things come to an end, it was very hard to leave and we will definitely return! If you were looking for a beautiful new home, extremely welcoming on the interior, all the luxuries you could ever want in a home and then location location location, this is absolutely app! This will be your “always and forever” choice for Destin! We now know why the owner named if what they did. I don’t necessarily leave reviews very often but I thought it completely necessary and respective for this home. When I walked around the neighborhood it was obvious to see that this home is exceptionally cared for and top of the line in the neighborhood.

Our family booked a Christmas vacation for this Christmas and everybody decided on Destin. Second week, we browsed all of the websites as we wanted the perfect home. We wanted something fresh and new that accommodate our family. And after three days of searching we ran across “always and forever“. After seeing to the pictures and talking to guest services we decided to book this house. Wow, simply wow! We were told that this house was finished in the last eight or nine months and it definitely shows. Beautifully decorated home, beautiful woodwork and gorgeous lighting. My wife fell in love with the jellyfish and the staircase and the artwork in the ceilings. Yes, not only is there artwork on the walls but there’s actually artwork in the ceilings. The home was very spacious and had a credible outdoor area for us to enjoy the beautiful weather. Christmas morning in the morning after was pretty cold but with the outside fire pit we all enjoyed it. The house was incredibly clean and fresh and was very quiet with beautiful views of the sunrise over the lake in the morning and up on the third floor tower it was beautiful views of the sunsets every night along with some ocean views to the south. The bunk room was a hit with the kids and we especially appreciated the USB charging ports in each of the individual beds for the kids phones and iPads. The automated cabinet or or the top and the twin dishwashers along with the awesome range with a steam oven was a hit as we cook a lot of our meals at home. This was probably one of our most favorite homes we’ve ever rented and absolutely and positively have plans to come back to this home again! As far as activities, we loved my Destin Commons and the huge Christmas tree there. We went down to 30A and went to the Watercolor and Seaside markets. We saw a concert at a local place near the home along with a couple nights of bowling that were literally 1 mile from the house. The one nice thing that we did enjoy about this house is there is so many things to do around the home that we literally never had to drive further than 2 miles to get to. This house is in the middle of everywhere. If I had to name some of my favorite things about the house it would include the fire pits outside, the incredible pool and spa, the beautiful view over the lake, the awesome kitchen and family room combo along with having a chefs kitchen, The third-floor pergola with incredible views and the location of the house, It literally is in the middle of everywhere.
