This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sits inside Destiny East, one of the most family-friendly, activity-packed gated communities in all of Destin. Once you’re inside the gates, the vacation energy is immediate.

Important Information:
• No pets
• No smoking inside the home or anywhere on the property
• No narcotics or medicinal narcotics
• No events, parties, or outside overnight guests
• Minimum age to rent is 25
• Community pools are heated through Spring Break
• Private pool heat available for $65 per day
• Winter monthly rates available

Parking:
Space for 2 vehicles only with no overflow parking and no street parking from midnight to 5AM
