Welcome to Crystal Sands, a beautiful 8-bedroom, 9.5-bath home in the heart of Crystal Beach. Just one block from the white sand and emerald water Destin is known for, this home was designed for groups who want plenty of room to be together without sacrificing space or privacy.

Crystal Sands sleeps up to 20 guests and has something for everyone. Spend the day at the beach, relax by your private saltwater pool, soak in the hot tub, play a round on the backyard putting green, or take the golf cart out to explore the area.

With six king bedrooms, two large bunk rooms, multiple gathering spaces, a game room, outdoor entertaining area, and bathrooms throughout the home, it works especially well for multiple families traveling together.

It's also a great setting for more than a traditional beach vacation. Crystal Sands can accommodate approved small weddings, bridal weekends, yoga and wellness retreats, corporate retreats, family reunions, golf trips, and other special gatherings.

THE HOME

The main living area is open, bright and comfortable, with plenty of space for a large group to spend time together.

The kitchen was built with groups in mind and includes stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, a dedicated ice maker, plenty of counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

Upstairs, you'll find a recreation lounge with foosball, pinball, a 75-inch Smart TV, games, a kitchenette, full-size refrigerator, and wine fridge. There is also a coffee and wine bar on the third floor.

Smart TVs and WiFi are available throughout the home, and two full laundry rooms make longer stays and large groups much easier.

One of our favorite things about this home is the amount of private space it offers. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, making Crystal Sands especially comfortable when several families or couples are vacationing together.

The home has 9 full bathrooms and 1 half bath.

PRIVATE POOL, HOT TUB & BACKYARD

The backyard is one of the best parts of Crystal Sands.

The private, fully fenced outdoor area includes a heated saltwater pool with a tanning ledge, hot tub, three-hole putting green, outdoor shower, grill, outdoor kitchen and bar area, and plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the Florida weather.

It's an easy place to spend an entire afternoon. Let the kids swim while the adults relax, have a putting competition, grill dinner outside, and finish the night in the hot tub.

Pool heat may be available for an additional charge.

WALK TO THE BEACH

Crystal Sands is just one block from the beach, approximately a two-minute walk.

That means you can head down for a morning walk, come home for lunch and a swim, and still make it back to the beach in time for sunset without having to plan your entire day around getting there.

Beach essentials are available at the home as well.

FREE GOLF CART AND 6 BICYCLES

A 6-passenger golf cart is included with your stay at no additional charge.

You'll also have six bicycles available to use during your stay.

The golf cart makes getting around the Crystal Beach area convenient, whether you're headed toward the beach, grabbing something to eat, or simply exploring the area.

Golf cart use is subject to the rental agreement, age requirements, local laws, and all applicable operating restrictions.

There is plenty to do at Crystal Sands even when you aren't at the beach.

Between the pool, game room and backyard, it's a great house for families with kids and teenagers as well as groups of adults.

WEDDINGS, RETREATS & SPECIAL GATHERINGS

Crystal Sands is also a beautiful setting for intimate gatherings.

Small destination weddings, bridal weekends, yoga retreats, wellness retreats, corporate retreats, family reunions, milestone celebrations and similar gatherings may be permitted with prior approval.

The layout gives groups several different places to gather while still having private spaces to retreat to at the end of the day.

Host morning yoga beside the pool, gather everyone for dinner outside, spend a bridal weekend with your closest friends, or have your family stay together for an intimate Destin wedding.

With sleeping accommodations for up to 20, six king bedrooms, two bunk rooms, 9.5 bathrooms, a private backyard, pool, hot tub and outdoor entertaining area, Crystal Sands works particularly well for groups who want to stay together rather than spread everyone among different hotels or condos.

LOCATION

Crystal Sands is located in Destin's Crystal Beach area, putting you close to the beach as well as many of Destin's restaurants, shops and attractions.

Nearby you'll find Destin Commons, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, HarborWalk Village, Crab Island, golf courses, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, watersports and plenty of local restaurants.

PARKING

There is parking for up to 8 vehicles at the property.

Vehicles may not be parked on the grass or neighboring properties. Please make sure everyone in your group knows the parking arrangements before arrival.

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Checkout: 10:00 AM

Please do not arrive at or enter the property before your approved check-in time. Our housekeeping and maintenance teams need the full time between guests to properly prepare a home of this size.

Arrival instructions and other important information about the home will be sent before your stay.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

Maximum overnight occupancy is 20 guests.

Parking is available for up to 8 vehicles.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.

Parties or events are not permitted unless they have been discussed and approved in advance.

Small weddings, retreats and other special gatherings may be considered with prior approval. Additional requirements or fees may apply.

Only registered guests and approved visitors are permitted at the property.

Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe local noise ordinances, especially during evening and overnight hours.

Pool heat may be available for an additional fee.

YOUR STAY AT CRYSTAL SANDS

Some vacations are about having somewhere to sleep. Crystal Sands is meant to be part of the vacation itself.

Walk to the beach in the morning. Come back and spend the afternoon around the pool. Take the golf cart out for dinner, let the kids disappear upstairs to the game room, or pour a drink and sit outside while everyone winds down from the day.

And when you're traveling with a big group, having everyone together is what makes the trip.
