Everything about our 16 day stay at Le Grand Bleu was excellent: Location, condo, amenities, free golf with Xplorie and even the weather was great. Stay with Destin Vacation Company we have twice now and have not been disappointed.

Came into our place on the snow day in Destin. Very nicely updated apartment. Some of the changes were not senior friendly, like low bed, sofa and the bunk beds. It sill was lovely just not as easy for us. Perfect location with some sliver views of the ocean, nice pool. Had an elevator which helped. Very nicely equipped kitchen. I would recommend this property.

Destin Vacation Company is an amazing local management company to work with. This is the 2nd year staying in this condo and it’s lovely. So close to the beach and a small quiet complex makes it a must for me. Has a well stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer.

I've stayed at 303 Emerald Waters many many times. It's nice, clean and spacious, and so convenient to restaurants and shopping. I love sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean, the pool and all the people walking by. The beach access is super easy walk, right across the street. All the surroundings and so pretty. This complex is so well maintained. The grounds are so nice and the pool area is so clean. There are sidewalks everywhere. Easy walk to Pompano Joes and coffee shops.

Renda was a great host. Very responsive to any issues, communication was fantastic! We enjoyed the unit, it met our needs. It was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the fact that we could have our well behaved dog with us. The pool was warm and clean. The beach is directly across the street and it is beautiful! Our only issue was the street the complex is on. It is very noisy. It was spring break and likely lots of young men showing off their cars or motorcycles that lack a muffler. Guys, here's a clue: girls prefer mufflers. Overall, we highly recommend this vacation rental!

The propert management agent was very responsive and helpful. The location was great, across the street from the beach. The sand was as white as snow. Beautiful beaches. The apartment was well equipped. Lots of cookware and dishes. It had everything we needed.

Bit Of Heaven was just that. Great location with just a short walk across the beach road to a beautiful beach. Close to walk to several restaurants. We met up some friends from California during our stay at a Bit of Heaven.We all had a fantastic time and throughly enjoyed our accommodations. Great location with a people watching spot off the back covered patio. The property itself was great but could use a little attention, but nothing major. Our property management contact Renda was was quick to throughly satisfy any and all of our requests, and her attention to detail and commitment to care and treatment made all of the difference, that made our stay outstanding! Would stay again and highly recommend.

This condo had everything we needed for the week! The beach access wasn’t a far walk but you can’t have any tents or pop up canopies. You can have as many personal umbrellas you want.

The property and layout was as described. The location of the condo is great. They were doing maintenance on the outside of the building and hot tube while we were there. The fire department also did an inspection that lasted longer than an hour. Renda was great with responding to any questions that we had during our stay. I would recommend staying here with your family due to it being a good family environment. We shopped and ate at several wonderful restaurants such as McGuires Irish Pub, Merlin’s Pizza, and Pepito’s. We didn’t get to utilize the fun package due to the weather. That was disappointing. Maybe next time.

Bit of Heaven was a nice sized unit for our party of 5+baby. Washer and dryer made the dreaded end of vacation laundry irrelevant. Elevator was a huge plus with a baby stroller. Location was walking distance convenient to DQ, Alvin's Island, and Pompano Joe's. There is a small view of the water but at least you can see it! Enjoyed the private beach access as well. The heated pool was fabulous since it was a unseasonably cold Christmas trip. The hot tub was not working during our stay.

Great location across from the beach. Spacious balcony that had peek a boo view of the water and boats. Kitchen had everything we needed. It’s on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. Loved the Welcome basket and little treats for the pups. Was so nice to be able to have our old pup with us. We would stay there again. Thank you
