The second you enter Rest Ashored vacation mode is ON. Gaze out onto the beautiful powder white beaches and emerald waters while enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail from your private covered balcony. You have a stunning view of the Gulf of America and from the back side a view of the bay. Walk to Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment. Laser tag, ice cream shop and so much more.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: King Bed (private bathroom with huge garden tub and walk in shower.)
Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed

Included Activities: Book your fun packages through Xplorie, with details available on the Destin Vacation Company Website. Enjoy savings on popular local attractions and activities. One free ticket per activity. Seablaster Dolphin Cruise, The Gulfarium, Baytowne Wharf, Urban air and 4 different golf courses to choose from.
Keyless Entry: On the day of your arrival, you'll receive the door code when Rest Ashored is ready for guests. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM Central time or after.
Parking Passes: You will receive one free parking pass when you stay with Destin Vacation Company. Additional parking passes are $25. and we need to know as soon as possible if you need additional passes.

~No events or parties are allowed
~No trailers or boat parking is allowed per the HOA
~Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach
~Community pool's are heated at the HOA's discretion
~Minimum age for renting is 25. No student groups allowed
~Respect quiet times imposed by the HOA
~Pets are not allowed per the HOA unless you are an owner.
~Snowbird rates are available
Starter amenities provided by Destin Vacation Company include include TP, PT, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, body soap, shampoo. When the starter amenities run out it is the guests responsibility to purchase more.

Awesome location and view. Spacious condo. Just need some blackout curtains in guest room & have the verticals replaced in living room & master bedroom. Host was excellent.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely condo. The condo came clean and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of closet space. We loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the sun set. It’s only a short walk to the beach and so convenient to great restaurants and shopping. The owner was very helpful and we had good communication. We would love to stay sgain! Highly recommended!

Such a lovely place!Everything was clean and in working condition. The decor was lovely. The beds were VERY comfortable. Lots of lovely amenities in all the rooms. Great location. Great pool! The property manager was so helpful and kind.

We enjoyed staying here - nice furnishings, good layout, quiet, spectacular views of the Gulf, fast elevators, plenty of parking, convenient central location, restaurants & shopping nearby. Drinking our morning coffee watching the pelicans & a lady skateboarding with 2 German Shepherds was fun! Condo's light fixtures & fans were updated, but the kitchen appliances, especially the stove, need replacing as do the bathroom mirrors. Property manager Renda was very responsive & easy to communicate with from renting to checking out. We were surprised the condo doesn't include the Umbrella & 2 Beach chairs for rent on the beach - 50/day - other resorts adjacent include them. We hope to return.

Regarding the beach setup: we understand how nice it can be to have chairs set up for you, and while some resorts build that into their pricing, we’ve chosen to provide our own beach gear — including four chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and beach toys, all located in the laundry room — so our guests can enjoy the beach without the $50/day rental fee. We will definitely be back! We loved everything about this place. Close walk to the beach, close restaurant, shops, ice cream, etc. the pools are all great-especially for kids (mine are 1 & 3). The host was very communicative the whole trip & always responded within minutes. The condo was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were VERY comfortable & the direct view of the beach was incredible. We’ve stayed at multiple condos in the area & this was by far our favorite & the most convenient. Like I said, we will definitely be back! :)
