A starter supply of essentials is provided to begin your stay, including:
• Travel-size body wash and shampoo/conditioner
• Dishwasher detergent, kitchen scrubber, dish soap

• Paper towels and toilet paper
Cleaning supplies are also provided. Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of stay.

• No smoking inside the home or in the pool area
• Strictly no narcotics or medicinal narcotics
• No events or parties
• Minimum rental age is 25; no student groups
Pet Policy
This is a pet-friendly home with prior approval only. Breed and weight restrictions apply. Please contact management before booking with pet details.
• $200 pet fee per pet
• Maximum of 2 pets
Additional Notes
• Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach
• Community pools are heated during Spring Break only
• The spa/hot tub is not jetted and does not heat significantly warmer than the pool

My friends and I traveled to Destin and stayed in Saige Place just after the holidays. It was a celebration trip for my retirement and first retirements for them. We had a lovely stay. The staff insured everything we needed was handled. Beautiful, clean home. Thanks for a great time!!

Saige Place was one of the best homes we have stayed at in Destin. Greg and Renda were wonderful and always there when we needed them. Our family made some wonderful memories at Saige place. My husband and I celebrated our 30yr anniversary and it was the first time having our grand babies to the beach. Saige place was a home away from home. We will definitely be back!

The house, and space was very comfortable!! The water was still a bit chilly, but the views, and beach walks were amazing!! Renda was a great host, and very responsive with any issues/ and, or questions you may have. I would like to note that these beaches are not dog friendly, so be sure to bring your kennel with you if needed.

First I would like to say, Renda was such an amazing host. If we needed something, she was right on it. The place we booked was incredibly cleaned and organized. The pool heat was fantastic and perfect for the winter getaway. I can honestly say that we will be booking here soon again!

This is our second stay in this rental and it was fabulous once again. Destin Vacation Company are great hosts and always helpful.
