Welcome to Salty Serenity, a beautiful Gulf view beach home in the gated Destiny East community in Destin, Florida, located just behind the well-known beachfront landmark The Crab Trap. This spacious 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath coastal retreat offers panoramic Gulf views, a private pool and hot tub, game room, multiple outdoor living spaces, and accommodations for up to 16 guests and one small fur baby is allowed with pet fee.

House Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbors, please review the following rules.

Minimum Age Requirement
Primary renter must be 25 years or older and remain at the property during the stay.

No Student or Party Groups
This home is intended for family vacations and responsible adult groups only. DO not rent if you are a student group.

Maximum Occupancy
Guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy listed on the reservation.

No Smoking
Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in a $1,000 remediation fee due to required ozone treatment.

Pet's are welcome. 1 small dog under 25lbs. $200 pet fee.

No Parties or Events
Parties, weddings, or large gatherings are not allowed without prior approval.

Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Parking
Maximum 6 vehicles in driveway and garage only. Street parking is not permitted.

Pool
Use at your own risk. Children must be supervised.

Package Deliveries
Packages should not be delivered to the property due to the community mailbox system.

Starter Amenity Package
A starter supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap is provided. These may not last the entire stay. Grocery stores and delivery services are available nearby.

Community Rules
Guests must follow all Destiny community rules regarding parking, noise, and amenities.

Additional Booking Policies
The person making the reservation must be present during the stay. Unauthorized guests or events may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
