Pool Heat
Pool heating is available for $65 per day. Please notify the property manager prior to arrival if you would like to add this service.
Policies and Requirements
• Primary renter must be 25 years or older
• No parties or events without prior approval
• No smoking inside the property
• Please remove all evidence of smoking outside
• City noise ordinance begins at 10:00 PM; music must be lowered and voices kept at a respectful level
Parking
• No street parking
• No boat trailers, campers, or motor homes
• Maximum of four vehicles in driveway
Pet Policy
• One dog allowed, maximum 40 lbs
• $200 non-refundable pet fee
• Housebroken dogs only
• Puppies must be crated unless outside
• $350 additional fee if excessive shedding or accidents are not cleaned
• Dogs are not permitted in the pool, on furniture or bedding, or on Okaloosa County beaches
• Guests are fully responsible for any pet-related damages
Startup Amenities
A starter kit is provided for your first day and includes:
• Trash can liners
• Dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent
• Hand soaps, shampoo, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• One roll of paper towels
Security
For guest safety, a Ring camera is installed at the front door.
Snowbird rates are available upon request.

We had a wonderful stay at Sol Searching for a girls' getaway! The house was well equipped with everything for our stay. Great backyard area with an awesome pool! Quick walk to the beautiful beach!

We had a marvelous time in Destin, FL this month. Stayed (7 adults and one toddler) at Sol Searching which was a perfect slice of heaven on Earth. It's located in a very safe area where the traffic is minimal and the neighbors are fabulous. So is the couple that manages it! The beds were very comfortable and we found the house to be very quiet. There were bathrooms and/or closets between the bedrooms so noise was minimal. The house is a brick ranch with parking for 4-5 cars. Yard is fenced in and there is a beautiful pool and a new gas grill. There is a door alarm on slider out to the pool. The laundry, a second TV/sitting area and a large fridge for overflow drink/food was available. We utilized the front porch in the AM for coffee as well as the outdoor picnic table for some quiet time. There's pretty much everything you may need for beach; towels, chairs, wagon, toys, and more. Water pressure was fabulous and hot water was plentiful. The fact that this house is updated but not so over the top with glass, leather, super high end furniture was a relief as it felt like home and we didn't have to worry about damaging anything. The kitchen is very well stocked with great quality pots/pans/silverware/cooking utensils /blender/coffee pot/crock pot/etc. Most anything you'd need, you'd find here in this home. You can walk to a baptist church and there's a neat food truck with tasty food and a playground for littles. This home is very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, walmart, beaches, state park (Henderson SP), bike rentals, etc but loved that it was 'tucked away' and safe. Thank you for having us and than you for helping us out with our Pool Incident/Shocking the pool for us! Early Access was also a huge bonus since we arrived earlier than anticipated; thank you owners and management team at Destin Vacation Company (Renda and hubby!)
