This updated and beautifully decorated two-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome is located within the highly sought-after Seascape Resort. Overlooking Stewart Lake and just minutes from the beach, this residence combines serene waterfront views with access to premier resort amenities.
Seascape Resort offers eight tennis courts, multiple community pools, a championship golf course suitable for players of all skill levels, and private beach access. You are also within walking distance to some of the area’s favorite dining destinations, including The Whale’s Tail (on the beach), Cabana Café, Lucille’s Music Hall, Acme Oyster House, Mezcal’s, and many more.
Two large screened-in balconies overlook Stewart Lake, providing the perfect setting for quiet mornings with coffee or relaxed evenings with a drink in hand. One balcony is privately accessible from the master suite.

This is our second time staying at Toes in the Sand. And we are booking again for next year. Need I say more? The condo is spacious, comfortable and meticulously clean. This villa was great for our stay! Cozy but plenty of room for everyone to relax in the large living space. Rooms were comfortable, good beds and pillows! Close enough to comfortably walk to the beach. Other places we have stayed in the seascape resort were not as easy to get to the beach access. Host was great! I would recommend staying here.

The home was beautiful and very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking family meals. We were not aware that the HOA bracelets did not give us access to all pools on the Seascape property but limited us to only the smaller HOA pools. Our property manager, Renda, was exceptionally helpful and quick to respond. We will be back!

Our family had a great time staying at Toes in the Sand. The house was beautiful and spacious. Having three full bedrooms and on-suite bathrooms was fantastic. The view of the lake and golf course was very nice. It’s a short walk to the most beautiful beach. We will definitely be back!

Condo looked just like pictures and described perfectly. We had 8 adults for a weekend music festival and this was the perfect place. Great community, easy access to the beach, comfortable condo with 2 screened in porches. We will definitely reserve again the next time we are in Destin.

Beautiful, clean condo. Close to the beach and the Whales Tail.
We were in town for a concert and had the time of our lives. The condo was PERFECT. The TV was on a relaxing channel and yes.....they left the light on for us! Amazing time. We will rent the SAME unit in the future. I can't think of anything that could have been better!
