Community & HOA Rules

To ensure a safe, peaceful experience for all guests and residents:

Minimum rental age is 25 for the primary renter

No parties, events, video shoots, or gatherings allowed without prior authorization

No smoking in or around the property

Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM

Parking is strictly enforced – driveway parking is for up to 4 vehicles, no trailers, RVs, or street parking

Golf carts are permitted but must be parked responsibly and charged using outdoor outlets (no garage access)

Outside guests other than the registered guests staying at the property are prohibited

All guests must abide by Destiny East’s community policies, which will be provided upon booking
